"Brad Point" Drill Bits
The “Brad Point” is the type of bit we recommend to use with the “Dowl-It” doweling jig. Unlike a common drill used on metal, the center point on these bits will act as a center guide and will prevent the bit from wandering off center. These drills are made from the finest drill steel and precision ground to cutting size. They are heat treated and hardened for long life. They can be re-sharpened many times for long use. NOT FOR USE ON METAL!
